Steven Buckley, Head of Information and Internal Communications at Christian Aid, who discussed how charities can use Web 2.0 technologies to best effect. He looked at examples from a range of charities - from the largest to the smallest.

Deborah Fitzgerald, Marketing Director at Interbrand, who presented on “The role of brand in the charity sector.” Deborah will focused on how charities can create and manage their brands effectively.
