Speakers include:

Tess Woodcraft, Director of the Centre for Strategy and Communication, who will be giving some top tips for setting up and running focus groups including recruiting participants, developing a topic guide, moderating the group and reporting on findings.

Niall Cowley, Managing Director of Bright Young Things, who will be presenting on how to integrate social networking into more traditional media campaigns. Niall will be illustrating his points with a case study of the Anti-Bullying Week, November 2007.

Simon Carter, Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications at The Scout Association, who will be talking about how The Scout Association successfully managed their relationship with celebrity Peter Duncan. Simon will be sharing the inside story on the ups and downs of celebrity management as well as how other charities can learn from their experience

Timings: 2.30-5pm. Please arrive at 2.15pm to register as the seminar begins promptly at 2.30pm. There will be a coffee break at around 3.30pm

Venue: Anatomy J Z Young Lecture Theatre, University College London, Anatomy Building, Gower Street, London, WC1E 6BT. The Anatomy Building has its own entrance on Gower Street a few buildings away from the main UCL entrance.
