Three UK charities have had their advertising campaigns shortlisted for an international award for outstanding television fundraising adverts.
The NSPCC's ‘Childline' advert, WaterAid's ‘Watch This' and ‘Taru's Heavy Load' from horse welfare charity Brooke made it into the top five finalists of the annual Gold Star Award for Excellence in Fundraising DRTV.
Canadian Blood Services and Unicef Mexico also made the list.
Delegates at next week's International Fundraising Conference in the Netherlands will vote for the winner from the shortlist.
