Mattel responds to social media campaign for bald Barbie

She has been a UN ambassador, an air hostess and a cashier, but Mattel has so far resisted calls to create a bald Barbie for young girls dealing with hair loss through illness.

The toy manufacturer has released a statement, which doesn't rule out creating a Bald Barbie, following the phenomenal growth of a social media campaign supporting the campaign.
