Metrica's first annual PR industry benchmarking report - Metrica Numbers 2007 - is now available via their website.

In 2000 - 2006 we surveyed charities annually to find out how the
internet was being used by them - the resulting free annual publication, Virtual Promise, has proved to be very useful for charities in helping them to understand how the use of the internet is changing over time.

We now want to repeat this questionnaire research for the seventh time to find out how use of the internet has changed in the last year. As far as we know this is the only annual benchmarking study that explicitly tracks charities' use of the internet in the UK and increasingly, worldwide.

The HE Communicators Equality and Diversity Toolkit is published jointly by HEFCE and ECU. It is a ground breaking resource for communications professionals throughout UK HE.
