CharityComms is the professional network for charity communicators.  

Do you believe effective and inspiring communications should be at the heart of every charity’s work? Will you join us in improving communications and championing its role in the sector.  

Are you seeking a senior governance role in an influential not-for-profit organisation? Can you bring extensive experience of governance, business strategy and a commercial mindset combined with commitment to the values of the not-for-profit sector? 

CharityComms offers events, networks, development opportunities and best practice guidance. We represent, support, inspire, connect and inform our members and the wider charity communications community. 

Having recently celebrated our 10th anniversary, we are currently seeking two special people to join our board of trustees; 

Chair  

Providing support, direction, vision and leadership to the board and chief executive, ensuring the board is effective in its overseeing of the charity’s conformance and performance. 

Treasurer 

Supporting the board to oversee all aspects of financial planning and management; advising the CEO, Chair and Trustees to facilitate compliance, good governance and effective financial decisions. 

These roles are not remunerated but reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
