Changing the game: trends in internal communications

Despite the crucial role of internal communications it’s often an undervalued, poorly understood and underinvested in part of the communications mix. 

At this seminar Macmillan Cancer Support, British Red Cross and Blue Cross shared the inside stories behind their game-changing internal communications programmes. They explained why and how they embarked on these projects, how they got senior buy-in, any lessons learnt and initial results.
