A problem shared is a problem halved? What if you had a whole team of creative comms peers to help you work through your thorniest comms challenges? Join this fully interactive online session and be part of a comms brains trust for creatives, learning and problem-solving with peers.
Home-based working can really cut us off from the ‘side chats’ and chances to ‘just run something past’ someone. But we all need the chance to get input and reflection on our work and our challenges, and we all benefit from the learning and reward of sharpening our skills on someone else’s problems.
In this session you’ll get to network and share with charity comms professionals from across the Creatives Group, learn from others who share similar challenges and generate solutions together.
Would you like to be a ‘patient’?
Do you have a problem to solve, or a project that needs input? We’re looking for ‘patients’, with issues they’re willing to share with smart, creative peers (that’s all of you!) and get input and ideas, working in small groups. It’s a great chance to crowdsource new ideas, find new momentum to get over obstacles and refresh your approach. If you’d like to find out more, contact Vanessa at

About the Creatives Group
This networking group is for professionals working in in-house creative teams (of one or more people) within UK charities and not-for-profits. It’s a gathering of creative leads, editors, publications managers, designers, production folk, content producers and more.
The group meets three times a year to focus on a common challenge. The format of the meetings is one or two presentations on a specific topic, followed by small group discussions, providing a combination of best practice and peer-to-peer sharing.
The events give you the chance to meet your peers, compare notes on workplace practices and share successes, ideas, challenges and inspiration. The group is designed to encourage networking and peer to peer support, sharing issues in a ‘safe’ environment.
If you’d like to be one of the first to hear about these events, please email events@charitycomms.org.uk to be added to the mailing list.
If you’re interested in presenting at a future event or joining the steering group, please contact Vanessa.
