Keeping it fresh: saying the same thing in a different way

Creatives Group

27 September 2016

Saying the same thing over and over and over again can be incredibly boring. But lots of us have no choice but to keep on repeating ourselves.

So how can we keep our content fresh when our messages stay the same? How can we make the most of news hooks when we don’t have anything new to say? What digital tools can we use to give our content a new angle?

At this event, British Red Cross’ editorial managers, Rosalind Knight and Alison Straker, shared their experience of planning and writing regularly about everything from fireworks night to the conflict in Syria.

About the Creatives Group

It’s a gathering of creative leads, editors, publications managers, designers, production folk, content producers and more.

Each event focuses on a different creative topic with a presentation, group discussions and networking.

These events are a great opportunity to meet your peers, compare notes on workplace practices and share successes, ideas, challenges and inspiration. The group is designed to encourage networking and peer to peer support, sharing issues in a ‘safe’ environment.

If you’re interested in presenting at a future event or joining the steering group, please contact Vanessa Weddell.
