But getting buy-in from senior leadership and trustees for your digital vision can be tricky. In this session, we’ll hear how charities are doing this well, and we’ll share tips on how you can get buy-in from the top in your own organisation. And there will be time for some much needed peer-to-peer sharing too!

Learn how to secure buy-in from the top. In this short and informative session, Rob will explain how to develop a strategy that will allow you and members of your digital teams to create impressionable and effective plans. The session will include how to utilise goals, forecasts, supporting case studies and budgets. About the Heads of Digital

This networking group is exclusively for heads of digital working in UK charities and not-for-profits with a turnover of more than £2 million.

The group meets three times a year to discuss strategic issues facing digital leads at large charities. The group is designed to encourage networking and peer-to-peer support, sharing issues in a ‘safe’ and relaxed environment.
