What is a UX (user experience) strategy and how it can help you review your digital strategy for 2021? During the last year people have relied on digital solutions more than ever, forced to adopt new behaviours and habits on a daily basis. Some institutions found themselves completely unprepared to face this new digital challenge, while others quickly adapted by accelerating their digital transformation. But even if you already had a digital strategy at hand, you might still need to review it and make sure it is relevant all the same, especially in relation to any change in your audience or your goals. This is where UX strategy can help. The presentation will look into what a UX Strategy is and how it allows you to identify useful services, engaging initiatives and content that are in line with your current audiences’ needs and with your business goals.

About the Heads of Digital
This networking group is exclusively for heads of digital working in UK charities and not-for-profits with a turnover of more than £2 million.
The format of the evening is networking followed by round-table discussion, led by our excellent facilitators, feeding into the group as a whole.
The group meets three times a year to discuss strategic issues facing digital leads at large charities. The group is designed to encourage networking and peer-to-peer support, sharing issues in a ‘safe’ and relaxed environment.
If you’d like to be one of the first to hear about these events please contact events@charitycomms.org.uk to be added to the Heads of Digital mailing list.
