Join us for a session on all things internal comms during the Covid-19 pandemic

We’ll start this online event with a welcome and an icebreaker to get the discussion flowing. We’ll then have a quick review of the emerging themes we have heard from you and the wider sector on all things internal comms. Everyone will be invited to share their experiences, discuss issues and ask questions.

Together, we will work to identify needs and how we can help you and your teams. At the end of the session, we’ll launch our new private online community where you can continue the discussion and support each other.

Staff survey results in response to the COVID-19 crisis

Agenda Consulting will give a summary of the recent survey they conducted in response to the COVID-19 crisis. 

The survey gathered staff feedback on the impact of recent changes on their working lives, their wellbeing and their ability to contribute effectively. It asked how well they feel their organisations are looking after them and responding to the crisis. The survey results will also highlight how organisations might better support their people during this time.

The sector-wide report is due to be published in May and will include the analysis of employee responses from over 40 not-for-profit organisations. The report will be free to download from the Agenda Consulting website.

About the Internal Comms Group

This networking group is for CharityComms members working as internal communications leads in UK charities and not-for-profits.

Members will be given the opportunity to meet their peers, compare notes on workplace practices and share successes, ideas, challenges and inspiration. The group is designed to encourage networking and peer-to-peer support, sharing issues in a ‘safe’ and relaxed environment.
