Internal communicators are often on the frontlines of change, uncertainty, and organisational tension, and right now, many teams are feeling the strain. This session focused on wellbeing in the workplace, exploring practical approaches for looking after ourselves and supporting colleagues through challenging times.
Following feedback from our last event, we put a spotlight on peer connection, with structured breakout group discussions to share experiences, strategies, and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. We reflected, learnt from each other, and took away practical tips to help manage stress, foster resilience, and strengthen the culture of wellbeing within your organisation.
