Strong stories and consistent digital content are essential, but they don’t need to be time-consuming or complex. This session looks at how charities can create clear, human stories and engaging digital content that feels manageable and sustainable.
You’ll explore what makes a strong charity story, how to write with empathy and focus, and how to choose the right digital platforms. The session also includes a practical, accessible introduction to using AI to support everyday communications work safely and ethically.
