As a leader, it is often difficult to juggle the needs of the organisation and those of your staff. Over the past 18 months, more and more has been demanded from staff than ever before which has caused many to feel greater anxiety and stress. As the world starts to reopen and our lives shift to a new normal, it’s more important than ever that leaders ensure a culture of wellbeing is reinforced and actively promoted throughout the entire organisation, from the top down.
In this episode you will hear from Bevis Man, Head of marketing and communications at Hatch Enterprise and his three guest, Chris O’Sullivan, Head of fundraising and communications (Scotland and NI), Mental Health Foundation, Susie Sek, Marketing and communications manager at Hatch Enterprise and Richard Davidson at Sarcoma UK as they discuss how their organisations have tried to lead by example and implement initiatives that promote staff wellbeing.

A great piece of advice from Chris is that you can’t serve from an empty vessel. You need to look after yourself – rest and recharge, so that you can model the behaviours you want to see from your team. So, if you want to find out how you can make changes from then top then listen in! You won’t be sorry!
