Reporting to:
Marketing manager
Role purpose:
General support for marketing activities, working across the marketing department to ensure the smooth and effective running of all campaigns and activity.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with collection of information for website/print content
- Coordinate website content
- Assist with the management of the day-to-day running of the department's work
- Analysing and refining client marketing briefs
- General day to day coordination and campaign duties
- Managing deadlines and communicating these across departments, including the editorial team
- Developing good relationships with all relevant bodies and identifying methods of remaining cost effective in a marketing capacity
- Assist with a range of duties including administration
- Copy writing, obtaining photos
