Marketing assistant

Reporting to:

Marketing manager

Role purpose:

General support for marketing activities, working across the marketing department to ensure the smooth and effective running of all campaigns and activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with collection of information for website/print content
  • Coordinate website content
  • Assist with the management of the day-to-day running of the department's work
  • Analysing and refining client marketing briefs
  • General day to day coordination and campaign duties
  • Managing deadlines and communicating these across departments, including the editorial team
  • Developing good relationships with all relevant bodies and identifying methods of remaining cost effective in a marketing capacity
  • Assist with a range of duties including administration
  • Copy writing, obtaining photos
