Marketing manager

Head of marketing

Role purpose:

To oversee our marketing activities, contributing to our strategic direction and taking responsibility for monitoring practices and measuring success. Provide leadership within the Marketing Team, coordinating with other teams across the charity’s communications work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate marketing staff
  • Manage the marketing and sales process, tracking progress and ensuring quality
  • Work closely with the head of marketing to build and implement strategy
  • Maintain relationships with influential stakeholders
  • Working with the head of marketing, adapt processes, tools and techniques
  • Analyse data from the marketing and sales process and make adjustments accordingly
