Code of conduct
Joining CharityComms as a corporate member indicates your company’s acceptance of our terms and conditions and willingness of everyone who is part of your membership to adhere to our member code of conduct.
Payment
Payment for corporate membership must be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Your corporate membership will lapse if you do not pay us within three months of the original invoice date.
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. Email us at admin@charitycomms.org.uk
If you cancel membership within 14 days of joining or renewing your membership (based on the date of your invoice) we will reimburse your membership fee. If you have used your membership in that time to benefit from member discounts on our products and services, no refund will be made.
No refund will be issued after the 14 day period.

Sponsorship and promotional opportunities
Corporate members have opportunities to sponsor and speak at a variety of events, as well as writing content for our Knowledge Hub. Access to these oppoortunities are at the discretion of CharityComms and are not guaranteed as part of a corporate membership.
