Kate is head of marketing and communications at Crisis, the national charity for homeless people. She leads the charity’s marketing, brand, media and digital activity in support of its goal to end homelessness. She was previously head of communications and marketing at Time to Change, a campaign to change the way the nation thinks and acts about mental health problems, run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
