We all know building a healthy comms culture, and making sure there is the structure in place to help make this happen, is important. But now more than ever as we all keep striving to deliver the best that we can in these uncertain times it should be seen as a priority.
Here at CharityComms we understand not just how important this work is but also how tricky and time-consuming it can be and that’s why a few years ago we produced the organogram report looking at comms team structures in detail. Unfortunately plans to update this much used sector resource with fresh research in 2020/21 were affected by the pandemic. But knowing how relevant this is for many of you right now we have worked with our partners at RandallFox to take soundings from members with recent experience of restructuring to share.
