In these tough times, it really helps to appreciate the small things and to find those little nuggets of positivity amongst the endless stream of negative news. It is the moments of optimism that aid self-care and lift our spirits which can then help positively frame the rest of the day.
In the quest for upbeat news and positive vibes only, here are a collection of campaigns to brighten your disposition.

Health in Mind #WritingToSayHello
In a time when lockdown has intensified people’s feelings of isolation and loneliness, it is vital to reach out to others. To help people connect with each other in a meaningful way Health in Mind have designed a hello postcard to send and share using the hashtag #WritingToSayHello. This is a fantastic idea in this age of digital where letters are rarely sent.
We’re launching our #WritingToSayHello campaign 📝

Starting the week with an upbeat topic, ‘I love small charities day’ was a wonderful day of sharing thoughts on why small charities are mighty, have a big impact and play an important role, like this one.
