What a year it has been!
Since the pandemic began, virtual CharityComms HQ has been working hard to support our members throughout the crisis. Our events programme is now completely online and will continue to be so throughout 2021 to help our events reach more people than ever before and keep you safe.
We know that it’s still a hugely difficult time for charities, and we are committed to providing you with the information and training needed to help you and your teams meet these challenges. We’re working hard to bring you timely and relevant event content in a variety of formats, including our on demand feature so that you can explore the content whenever suits you best.
Thank you for your continued support – we’re still in this together!

Helping people share their real-life stories with the media
Stories from real people resonate in the media, but pulling these stories together can be time-consuming and challenging. And there’s always the chance that your real-life story might back out of media coverage at any stage. But if you get it right, these stories can help raise your profile, increase awareness for your charity, and […]

Unlocking the potential of your data
Less than half of all non-profits make full use of the data they collect according to a recent Salesforce Report. Without good data analytics decisions are taken blindly and resources are allocated without truly understanding where they’re needed. Good data analytics should help support and drive decision making – helping us to improve our communications […]
