Developing guidelines for using generative AI tools ethically and effectively Whether it’s ChatGPT or DALL·E, generative AI tools are changing the communications sector fast. So, it’s no surprise that a team of writers, designers and strategists from the University of Cambridge became interested in how AI could support their comms work. But they felt it was imperative to first understand the risks and how to utilise new technologies properly. Upholding factual accuracy, observing ethical usage and investing in their skills were all essential. In this talk, Amy will share how they developed their approach to create guidelines that support the ethical use of generative AI. Amy Mollett | |
