2020 was a very different year for most (if not all) of us, a time when we’ve found ourselves operating in crisis mode. We may feel this isn’t healthy, but how can we approach life differently to enhance our wellbeing?
As the new year begins, CharityComms would like to offer you the opportunity to take some much needed time and space for yourself. A few hours to think about how you might handle your life and work in 2021 in a way that prioritises you.
In this live online workshop, solution-focused coach Susie Wright will introduce you to some tools and approaches you can use to:
- Clarify your priorities
- Explore your strengths
- Plan your next steps
This is a chance for you to take stock of your life and think practically about how you can take care of yourself as you plan your next steps. By the end of the session, you will have a clear plan for the coming weeks and months. You will also have some simple tools and techniques you can use again in the future whenever you want to reflect on your life.
About Susie Wright, stm
Susie is a qualified and experienced solution focused coach with certificates in Solution Focused Coaching (BRIEF) and Personal Performance Coaching (Coaching Academy). She has been coaching since 2004.
Susie has coached people facing all sorts of situations. Her commitment to helping people take care of their own wellbeing has led her to create Coach Yourself workshops, where she passes on tools and approaches that help.
Susie also works as a communications consultant, and has many years’ experience working for charities of all sizes.
