Penelope Gibbs

Penelope is Chair of the Standing Committee for Youth Justice www.scyj.org.uk and is setting up her own charity – Transform Justice – to do just that in the UK. Before this Penelope ran Out of Trouble, a five year campaign to reduce child and youth imprisonment in the UK. Before joining the Prison Reform Trust, Penelope was Director of the Voluntary Action Media Unit, a lottery funded project which aimed to improve the relationship between charities and the media. She is a Fellow of the Clore Social Leadership programme (2010 cohort).
